Renews automatically each month. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Monthly, per device

Each connected device costs $25 USD per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The subscription price covers software access; equipment, consumables, third-party AI usage charges, and guest payment processing fees are not included.

Secure payment processing

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized Merchant of Record/payment provider.

The provider is identified during checkout and on your receipt. Applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. SNAPP does not store complete card details.

Cancel before the next billing date

Use your account subscription controls or the management link in your billing email. For help, email support@snappfactory.com. Access remains available until the paid period ends.

Refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the existing exceptions and request process.
