1. AI feature scope
SNAPP may support AI-assisted creative workflows for live events, including image generation, style transfer, themed transformations, guest-facing creative stations, and cross-platform AI activations.
2. Guest consent and event notices
Customers are responsible for obtaining required consent from event guests, participants, models, employees, and other individuals whose images, likenesses, voices, names, or personal data may be captured, uploaded, transformed, generated, displayed, printed, shared, or stored.
Customers should provide clear event notices explaining AI use, image processing, output sharing, and any retention or delivery workflow.
3. Prohibited AI use
Customers must not use AI features to create, facilitate, or distribute:
- deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading synthetic media without clear authorization and disclosure;
- non-consensual intimate, sexual, exploitative, or humiliating content;
- sexualized content involving minors or people who may appear to be minors;
- biometric identification, surveillance, face recognition, or identity verification workflows unless explicitly approved in writing;
- illegal, violent, extremist, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive content;
- political persuasion, deception, scams, phishing, fraud, or manipulation;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, personality, or model rights;
- medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions;
- attempts to bypass content filters, safety systems, provider rules, or law.
4. Human review and output responsibility
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular audience. Customers are responsible for reviewing prompts, inputs, generated outputs, printed materials, and event displays before showing or distributing them to guests or the public.
5. Content rights and sensitive data
Customers must have rights and permissions for uploaded images, templates, prompts, branding, logos, characters, and likenesses. Customers should not upload sensitive personal data, government IDs, payment card details, health data, biometric identifiers, or children's data unless they have a lawful basis and written approval from SNAPP where required.
6. Enforcement
We may block prompts, remove content, suspend AI features, restrict an account, decline service, or report activity when we believe this policy, law, provider rules, or safety standards have been violated.
